Fredrick joined the National Anti-Doping Coordinating Office (NADCO) in 2022
Prior to joining the NADCO, he worked for Botswana National Olympic Committee (BNOC) for over ten (10) where he rose through the ranks. He lives & is passionate about clean sport hence during his time with the BNOC, he was the focal person for integrity issues in particular anti-doping, safeguarding and competition manipulation. He has participated in several sport integrity forums both at global and regional level through the International Olympic Committee (IOC) the latest being the biannual International Forum for Sport Integrity (IFSI) in 2021.
He has also worked for a local radio station (Yarona FM) as a sport reporter/presenter and is a former elite level football player having played for Notwane & Gaborone United football clubs respectively.
Away from work Fredrick enjoys time with his family, watching sport and reading.
